TP&E was founded in 2009 by engineers who saw a gap: Gambia's growing telecom and power infrastructure had no local specialist capable of handling the full scope — from switchgear to lightning protection to solar. International contractors were expensive, slow, and didn't understand the local conditions.
Fifteen years later, TP&E has commissioned 200+ projects across The Gambia, Senegal, and Guinea-Bissau. Our engineers are on-site — not managing from abroad.
